The farmer's menu tastes ancient, it comes from far away, it tastes of the earth. It tells the palate a bit of the old peasant world and reconstructs the landscape, recalls the classic life in the family garden, is seasonal and is made with organic vegetables, cured meats and selected cheeses. Parmesan vegetables and traditional cakes complete the journey. The menu includes a tasting of 4 native organic wines from our cellar.
