Sailor Edition

Sailor Edition was created to honour a story of voyages, landfalls and encounters. Etruscans, Phoenicians, Greeks and Arabs: seafaring peoples, the ‘sailors’, who brought vines and knowledge to our shores, contributing to the wealth of native grape varieties.

Over time, Vesuvius has safeguarded this heritage. The sails tell of the journey and the bond with the sea; the volcano, at the centre, represents the origin, strength and roots of the land. The sea and Vesuvius thus become two inseparable parts of the same story.
