Wine, the Undisputed Star
Wine is the undisputed protagonist of most of our activities and the various tasting itineraries that we organize. For those who want to discover the secrets of how our wines are born, we offer the opportunity to visit our centuries-old cellars and learn about all the processes of wine production. We will tell you about how we take care of the vineyards, from the vegetative phase to the harvest period, and how we make our excellent wines from the grapes.
We will take you through our vineyards, along a panoramic path, to show you up close the fruit of the constant and careful work of three generations. We will tell you about how the days pass in the vineyards, making you relive the typical day of a winemaker. We will guide you through history and nature, taking you to the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, where the eruption of 79 AD left a legacy of fertile and unique soil, where we grow the grapes from which we make one of our most famous and prized wines: the Frupa Piedirosso in purezza.

Our dishes, typical of the Campania tradition, are no less than our wines. The products we use are all genuine, many of which are grown directly on our land. You can have lunch among the vineyards, immersed in nature and silence, or you can sit on our panoramic terrace and eat accompanied by the spectacular view of the Sorrento coast and Capri. If you want to have a fun and interactive experience, then our cooking class is the right choice! Our kitchen opens its doors and transforms itself into a small laboratory, where you can get your hands dirty. The women of our family will share with you the secrets of some typical dishes of the Campania tradition and, under their guidance, you will make the gnocchi by hand and prepare them "alla sorrentina".
