WELCOME IN SORRENTINO'S WINERY

We propose our tasting itineraries which includes the fllavour trip of our wines paired with dishes prepared by the kitchen using garden products.

The three menus offered are:

It is possible, alternatively, to choose individual dishes  and with the help of sommelier pair it with wines.

WINE TASTING VESUVIO

The WINE TASTING VESUVIO tasting opens with DÒRÈ Caprettone, our sparkling wine obtained with the Charmat method which shows acidity, freshness, elegance and moderate alcohol content which is ideal for preceding a meal.

We continue with the Lacryma Christi Bianco which pairs with the starter, an introductory course which includes a variety of flavors and textures, including vegetables, cured meats and cheeses to which we pair a fresh, light, important wine which does not overwhelm the delicate flavors and prepares the palate for the subsequent courses.

The Lacryma Christi Rosso, a blend of 80% Piedirosso and 20% Aglianico, is offered in combination with the first course which offers a range of flavors and textures designed to enhance the characteristics of good structure, and expresses the uniqueness of the Vesuvian terroir to the maximum, with soft tannins, an intense finish, minerals of medium intensity and aromas of appreciable breadth.

The tasting ends with Don Paolo, pure Pompeian Aglianico, which is paired with the third course which, depending on the menu, could be a vegetarian dish or include meats that require wines with a greater presence to support the complexity of the flavours, it is a full-bodied and tannic red wine, which offers structure and aromatic intensity.

The number at the end of the courses represents the reference for any allergies or intolerances which must be checked on the table at the end of the menu.

FRUPA EXPERIENCE

The FRUPA EXPERIENCE route opens with DÒRÈ Piedirosso, our sparkling wine obtained with the Charmat method which shows minerality, acidity, freshness, elegance and moderate alcohol content which is ideal for preceding a meal. We continue with the LATIKADEA falanghina which we pair with the starter, an introductory course which includes a variety of flavors and textures, including vegetables, cured meats and cheeses to which we pair a fresh, light, important wine which does not overwhelm the delicate flavors and prepares the palate for the ubsequent courses. FRUPA PIEDIROSSO in purity are proposed in combination with the first course which offers dry ingredients such as almonds, pistachios and dehydrated piennolo with strong flavors and textures designed to enhance the characteristics of elegance and good structure of this aged Piedirosso which more than all other wines expresses and tells the uniqueness of the Vesuvian terroir, in an area very close to sea level, rightly tannic, warm, and with an intense, mineral finish, and with a finish of great breadth. The DON PAOLO, pure Pompeian Aglianico, is paired with a course of meatballs in sauce which requires wines with a greater presence to support the complexity of the flavours, it is a full-bodied and tannic red wine, which offers structure and aromatic intensity. This tasting continues with a sensorial experience with ANTIAGE SERUM, one of the cosmetics produced by the company using components derived from the company's wines.

FRUPA PIEDIROSSO in purity are offered in combination for tasting with a trio of cheeses in combination with our organic jams designed to enhance the characteristics of elegance and good structure of this aged Piedirosso which more than all other wines expresses and tells the uniqueness of the Vesuvian terroir, in an area very close to sea level, rightly tannic, warm, and with an intense, mineral finish, and with a finish of great breadth.  The DON PAOLO GOLD EDITION 2010 Aglianico Pompeiano in purity, which is combined with a tasting of dark chocolates. The one between red wine and dark chocolate is the gourmet combination par excellence, choosing the right percentage of cocoa, our Aglianico remains a full-bodied and tannic red wine, this vintage has the advantage of creating an aromatic and sensorial unicum with chocolate.   This tasting also continues with a sensorial experience with ANTIAGE SERUM, one of the cosmetics produced by the company using components derived from the company's wines.
